Special TET, exam participation of 4,476 candidates
Chennai: Tamil Nadu yesterday's physically challenged
specialist teacher qualification exam (TET) had 4,476 participants.
Chief Minister Jayalalithaa ordered as a Special exam by the
request for persons with disabilities of their individual TET S (second paper).
With 39 centers across the state exam, this took place yesterday.
10:00 am until 2:00 pm the exam happened. Persons with
disabilities were given an extra hour. 1,175 blind persons and other persons
with disabilities, including persons with disabilities participated 3.301. 218
of the candidate applied was absent.
Social Science from the 94th question asked was not only the
subject, Relevance, some said. Tge blind candidates said that the question was
not in the lesson. The teacher will study this issue and the answer sheet
before Correcting, Board (TRP) said.
