Graduate through Entrance examination to get a government job: High Court orders

Chennai: It is a right decision not to select the master's degree candidate for a government job who completes PG in Open University without a degree; however, after the entrance examination for graduate courses, the Government has the right to be chosen to work for the government. Said the High Court

Group - 2 of notice was published in 2008. After the Examination, some people results were withheld. They "did not qualify a proper education", as was the cause. They have completed their master’s degree without completing the Degree.

Hearing the petition, the judge hariparanthaman order:

The prosecution connection with Additional Advocate - General, "based on the Open University graduate with a master's degree holders can reject the application.
