Teachers to work for correcting the answer sheet: Student gains at risk
Coimbatore : Do not rush the teacher to correct, 45 papers per day it is possible
to correct 30 sheets per day says a graduate teacher stressed. Across the
state from March 26 to April 9th The tenth grade exams were held. From that the 10th Paper corrections
were started. The correction camp is held on the Alveniya School in Coimbatore
district. 1800 teachers involved in the process.
During the current academic year, and the exam and the electoral
processes are held at the same time, so
the teachers involved in the work are in trouble. The teachers are involved in
both the process at the same time. Thus, the process of for correcting extend
for a period of time up to 22.
On the eve of the election, 23 the teachers have to be held in
the election process, they are forced to correct the papers by 22nd April
by the Government Examinations department. Thus, the process of correcting the
answer sheet has been intensified across the state. A teacher has to correct 15
papers per day in a category for a total of 30 papers in two categories. Besides
a high number of answer sheet is
vulnerable to careless errors. Thus, the students of the future will be
affected.
In this stage the teachers are forced to correct 45 papers
per day. One teacher said, "Some teachers has been correcting 45 papers in
the last two days. 30 Answer sheets itself takes a lot of time," he said.
Kannika District Education Officer, said, "The teachers
went to training classes, some teachers with their discretion 45 Answer sheets
were distributed. We are not forcing anyone. Also, the camp will take place till
8:00 at night. Answer sheets are checked only after a careful evaluation of scores.
